Definitely the best choice we could have made when selling our St Albans (Sandridge) property. First conversation was on the phone with Luci very pleasant to talk to. This was followed up at the house, where I had a frank conversation with Jon. I initially spoke to Jon back in 2020 and had a really positive feeling about him however we ended up listing with a different agent as they had previously sold our property and we were interested in one they were selling. Worst mistake I could've made and I should've gone with my gut, ultimately we decided not to sell at that time but I knew that when we did Jon was the first person I would be calling. Jon was so helpful with the valuation of our property as well as providing vital insight into properties we were looking at in the area. Once the property was on the market Luci, Harry and Will were amazing with the viewings and all the aftercare that followed once we had a buyer. Luci in particular was so proactive when it came to chasing solicitors and making sure we moved towards a completion date. She also had to put up with a lot of my woe is me "This is never going to go through it is all going to go wrong" which I am very appreciative of (Sorry!). I genuinely don't think I've had an experience with an agent that comes anywhere near this (as both a buyer and a seller). They genuinely care about you and your family beyond just making sure the house sells, we cannot thank you enough for the support and hard work.

Heartwood Homes were recommended to me following the most appalling experience with a well known multi branched High Street agent in St Albans. Heartwood were totally supportive to make the transition run smoothly and offered an outstanding level of service from the very start. The big difference for me was that I truly felt we were all in it together; a far cry from my previous experience. Their marketing was thorough, efficient and honest. After launch, we had the first viewing within hours and seven more in the first 10 days, at which point we secured a buyer. The sale completed within 3 months. Highly professional house sale I had a fantastic experience with Jon and his team at Heartwood Homes during the recent sale of my house which they managed to sell at the full asking price. One simple example of standout service was when I asked them to help me dispose of an old sofa; they took care of it seamlessly. What a brilliant estate agents! We initially didn’t choose Heartwood Homes and decided to go with one of the old face agents of ST Albans. Almost immediately this felt like the wrong move, with little feedback and engagement leading to a disconnect. After moving over to Heartwood homes they delivered brilliantly, selling our house for full asking price within two weeks. What sets them apart is their knowledge of St Albans communities, their work ethic, their honesty and above all their communication, not to mention delivery of course. From the very first meeting with Luci I was impressed, she was lovely, so friendly and reassuring, none of the pushy corporate chat used by some other Agents I had met.
